Ultraviolet Colour Theory Necklace 2020
This necklace is inspired by the colour theory essay called purple which you can read here.
This piece was made from freshwater pearls and crystals, finished with a handmade sterling silver clasp. The freshwater pearls reflected the light creating a rainbow of greens, blues and purples. The little crystal beads added a lovely deep purple twist to create beautiful spaces between the chunkier pearls.
This necklace has now been sold, however if you are interested in seeing any of the colour theory jewellery that we currently have available in our shop click here.

This necklace was made from raw amethyst stones, faceted hematite and finished with a handmade sterling silver clasp. The raw amethyst adds not only texture but a whole spectrum of purples.
The electroplated hematite added a reflective sparkle to the necklace which made it a great statement piece.

Amethyst Waterfall Earrings
This pair of waterfall earrings features an understated colour mix of silver pearls and pale amethyst chunks.
Each stone is threaded independently onto a sterling silver navette chain with a handmade bobble wire – this allows each gem to move independently, creating fantastic movement.

Purple
Coach House Gallery, February 2019.
We were excited to be invited back to the Coach House Gallery for another exhibition based on colour, following the success of Yellow.
We were delighted to be taking part in the “Purple” exhibition at the Coach House Gallery, St Peters, Guernsey.
This time the theme is the colour ‘Purple.’ This exhibition will include work from a group of invited artists
For this exhibition we created a triptych of show stopping jewellery in the best colour ever – purple. Once again, there is an accompanying essay, where we spill the purple beans.
> These are an enriched version of our bestselling style of waterfall earrings, festooned with purple freshwater pearls, a much more elaborate earring.
Lovely and light to wear, but beautifully long, dangly and eye catching, Each pearl hangs separately from the chain, and they spiral around the centre line in such a way that the earrings are a mirror image of each other.
< Mary Quant eat your heart out. Massive blowsy flowers in purple leather, embellished with amethysts and dyed jade hearts. Hugely over the top, outsized and not for the faint hearted. We love making things like these, real show stopping pieces.
