For the arts weekend exhibition at St.James Concert Hall we produced a new version of our colour theory circle, based on our own personal perceptions of colour.
The art in the envrioment exhibition was organised by the Guernsey Art Network as a month long outdoor exhibition, inviting comment on the environment. We produced a ‘Carpet of treasure’ out of found objects and semi-precious stones, as our homage to Andy Goldsworthy.
This necklace is inspired by the colour theory essay of the same name which you can read here. This piece was made from chunky lapis lazuli beads and dyed gold freshwater pearls, which is finished with a handmade sterling silver clasp . This necklace was one of three variations on the safe navy theme.
