Ultraviolet Colour Theory Necklace 2020
This necklace is inspired by the colour theory essay called purple which you can read here.
This piece was made from freshwater pearls and crystals, finished with a handmade sterling silver clasp. The freshwater pearls reflected the light creating a rainbow of greens, blues and purples. The little crystal beads added a lovely deep purple twist to create beautiful spaces between the chunkier pearls.

This necklace was made from raw amethyst stones, faceted hematite and finished with a handmade sterling silver clasp. The raw amethyst adds not only texture but a whole spectrum of purples.
The electroplated hematite added a reflective sparkle to the necklace which made it a great statement piece.

Greenery and Purple Colour Theory Necklace 2020
This necklace is inspired by two of our colour theory essays – greenery and purple, thay can be found here and here.
This necklace is made from a combination of raw amethyst chunks and green lavastone beads. It fastens with a handmade sterling silver clasp.
The necklaces measures 21″ long.
We think the little green lavastone beads look just like little peas. This is why we showed this necklace off on Great British Pea Week. An event dedicated to promoting the pea in our meals.
Amethyst is reputed to have a calming effect and is said to bring balance to the life of the wearer.

Grey Colour Theory Necklace 2020
This necklace is inspired by the colour theory essay “Grey” which you can read here.
This lovely necklace is made from 5 gorgeous slabs of labradorite together with lovely little labradorite beads, both faceted and polished.
Labradorite has fantastic reflective qualities which lights up and sparkles. This necklace is so much more than just a grey necklace – it’s just so reflective and bright.

Purple Colour Theory Necklace 2020
This necklace is inspired by the colour theory essay of the same name which you can read here.
This piece was made from wonderfully purple freshwater pearls and chunks of purple amethyst, finished with a handmade sterling silver clasp. It cost approximately £300 when it was for sale.
The cascading vines of pearls create a lovely lustre that moves brilliantly when worn. The purple amethysts compliment the purple pearls while adding a new texture.
